Product Description

High alumina insulating bricks, also known as high alumina poly light ball bricks, are made using super high-grade furnace charge as the main raw material. They are produced through the poly light firing loss method, which involves adding appropriate admixtures. These bricks offer several advantages, including high strength, good thermal shock resistance, minimal permanent linear change, low thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, excellent thermal insulation performance, and significant energy-saving effects. Due to these properties, high alumina insulation bricks find widespread use in industries such as metallurgy, machinery, ceramics, and chemicals, where they serve as linings that resist erosion from solutions and as insulation layers in kilns.
